How to start Windows 11 in safe mode with networking?

Safe Mode: Press 4 or F4 on your keyboard to start Windows 11 in Safe Mode by default.
Safe Mode with Networking – Press Attention 5 or F5 to enter Safe Mode and load network drivers or services.
Safe Mode with Command Prompt – Press 6 or F6 to enter Safe Mode and exit Command Prompt automatically.
