This event is logged when the cluster network name resource failed to create its associated computer object in domain. A problem occurred when the computer object (computer account) for the cluster in the Active Directory domain tried to create the computer object for a clustered service or application.

What port is 1194?

The name service in combination with the port number of the transport protocol. Service RegistryName.

Is Port 1194 Safe?

OpenVPN – defaults to port 1194 TCP or UDP, and OpenVPN Access Server – defaults to port 443 TCP and 1194 UDP (443 is used if the connection client is redirected). While OpenVPN is considered secure, additional amplification prevention is required.

OpenVPN uses UDP 1194, the default port, so it’s quite common for firewalls to listen on interface 1194 (and other commonly used ports) and drop password-protected traffic that tries to use it (or it).
